SoulFire plans to offer only four vacation homes for private purchase each year. The collection will remain intentionally varied, with only two or three homes of any one style planned.

You purchase and own the physical vacation home. Land ownership is not included. A separate land-lease fee and professional hospitality-management arrangement apply, with details provided privately in the complete owner information package.

The founding Conestoga-style wagon.

At least one purpose-built Conestoga-style wagon will be included in the first annual ownership release and may be purchased now. It is designed to feel warm, memorable and completely its own.

A collection designed to stay distinctive.

The remaining styles in the next release are still being selected. A-frames and mirror homes are two styles we would love to bring to SoulFire, along with other distinctive movable modular vacation homes. These images represent the vision; future styles are not promised inventory until formally announced.

How ownership works

Enjoy your getaway. Let SoulFire manage the rest.

You own a real physical vacation home and receive personal-use time under the final owner agreement. When you are away, SoulFire may manage short-term guest stays.

You own the physical home.

Your ownership covers the unit and the specific contents listed in the final Owner Property Schedule. It does not include ownership of the land.

Personal time is built in.

Personal-use nights, reservation procedures and seasonal limitations are established in the final owner agreement.

SoulFire manages onsite stays.

While the home remains at the ranch, SoulFire serves as exclusive rental and hospitality manager under separate agreements.

Rental income may help offset costs.

If the home is booked, the owner may receive the agreed share of rental revenue after listed expenses. Bookings and income are not guaranteed.

Vacation-home ownership is completely separate from Founding Guest access.

The $50 SoulFire Founding Guest deposit is a credit toward a future qualifying stay package. It is not an ownership interest, investment, down payment, revenue share or way to receive priority in a vacation-home purchase.
