SoulFire Founding Guest Terms

The seller is Raison D Etre Ventures Inc. dba Colorado Glamping (“Colorado Glamping,” “we,” “us” or “our”). SoulFire is the name of the coming collection at Raison d'Être Ranch in Elizabeth, Colorado.

• One SoulFire Founding Guest account, from a maximum of 100 available.
• A $50 credit toward one future qualifying SoulFire Founding Guest stay package.
• Access to qualifying booking opportunities before they are released to the general public.

Collection restriction: The Founding Guest credit applies only to qualifying future stays in the SoulFire Collection at Raison d'Être Ranch. It does not apply to the Sanctuary Collection or any current tent stays.

Future packages, prices, inclusions, occupancy rules and available dates will be announced separately. The remaining package balance will be due when a reservation is made.

You may cancel within 48 hours after Stripe confirms your purchase and receive a full refund of the $50 deposit. To cancel, email info@soulfire.travel from the email used at checkout and include the purchaser's name.

After that 48-hour period, the deposit is non-refundable except if Colorado Glamping permanently cancels the SoulFire program without offering a comparable lodging credit or alternative.

The deposit has no cash value after the refund window and may only be used as a $50 credit toward a qualifying future SoulFire Collection package. It may not be redeemed for the Sanctuary Collection or any current tent stay. The credit does not expire while the SoulFire Founding Guest program remains active. Founding Guest status and an unused credit may be transferred to another adult only with our written approval before redemption.

The full SoulFire guest launch is planned for Spring 2027. If our first wagon becomes guest-ready in Fall 2026, Founding Guests will receive the first opportunity to book available qualifying dates before those dates are offered publicly.

All timing is an estimate and may change because of construction, permitting, inspections, vendors, weather, utilities, safety or other readiness requirements. Founding Guest status does not guarantee a particular opening date.

The deposit is not a reservation and does not hold a date, accommodation or specific wagon. Early access means you will have an opportunity to book from the qualifying inventory then available. Dates, accommodations and packages remain subject to availability and the booking rules disclosed at that time.

Founding Guest deposits may be used to help fund the SoulFire build-out, including accommodations, utilities, infrastructure, amenities, professional services, guest experiences and related operating costs. Deposits are not held in escrow. Using the funds for build-out does not reduce the $50 credit owed to the purchaser under these terms.

The Founding Guest deposit is a consumer prepayment for a future lodging credit. It is not a donation, loan, security, partnership, ownership interest, real-estate purchase, revenue share or promise of financial return. Any Founding Wagon Ownership opportunity is completely separate and requires separate written agreements.

We will use the checkout email to send receipts, material program updates and early-booking information. Promotional email or text messages are governed by any separate marketing consent you provide, and you may opt out of promotional communications without losing your unused credit.

These terms are governed by Colorado law. The version accepted at purchase controls that purchase. If we later update the program, we will not remove the purchaser's $50 credit or the early-access benefit without providing a comparable alternative.
