Pre-Sale Package Terms & Refund Policy

Please review these terms before purchasing any prepaid Colorado Glamping lodging package, whether through a Founding Guest offer, Grand Opening offer, or public pre-sale.

At a glance: All pre-sale package purchases are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 48 hours after purchase. After that window, package purchases are nonrefundable except where required by law or otherwise stated below. All qualifying pre-sale lodging packages must be scheduled and completed within 24 months after the official opening of the applicable SoulFire accommodation.

Seller and eligible guests

Pre-sale lodging packages are sold by Raison D’Être Ventures, Inc., doing business as Colorado Glamping, at Raison d’Être Ranch in Elizabeth, Colorado. SoulFire overnight accommodations are adults-only (18+), with a maximum occupancy of two adults per unit unless a specific offer states otherwise. Individual accommodation pet policies apply. The current Conestoga Wagon is pet-free, subject to applicable service-animal law.

What you are purchasing

A pre-sale package is a prepaid package for a future Colorado Glamping stay. It is not a reservation for any specific date. Each package includes the accommodations, experiences, amenities and inclusions stated in its offer at the time of purchase, subject to reasonable substitutions of comparable value if necessary.

Founding Guest and public pre-sale offers may have different prices, inclusions or promotional pricing. A previously paid $50 Founding Guest credit is applied only as described in a qualifying offer. The separate $50 Founding Guest access is governed by the Founding Guest Terms.

Pre-sale package redemption period — 24 months

All qualifying Colorado Glamping pre-sale lodging packages — whether purchased through a Founding Guest offer or public pre-sale — must be scheduled and completed within 24 months from the official opening date of the applicable SoulFire accommodation. Colorado Glamping will announce the opening date and provide purchasers with booking instructions. The official opening date, rather than the package purchase date, starts the 24-month redemption period.

All reservations are subject to actual availability, occupancy limits, weather-related closures and applicable operating restrictions. No particular date, weekend or holiday is guaranteed. Purchasers are encouraged to reserve early for the best choice of available dates.

The 24-month period governs the promotional package experience. If applicable consumer-protection or gift-certificate law requires additional rights relating to prepaid monetary value, Colorado Glamping will honor those rights.

Refunds and cancellation

Within 48 hours of package purchase: A purchaser may request a full refund of the package purchase amount, including taxes collected on the refunded amount. The cancellation request must be received within 48 hours of the time of purchase.

After 48 hours: The pre-sale package purchase is nonrefundable for a change of plans, except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Colorado Glamping.

This pre-sale package refund window is separate from the 48-hour refund window associated with a separately purchased $50 Founding Guest access. A package refund does not automatically reverse or refund the Founding Guest access payment.

If Colorado Glamping cannot provide the purchased package or a reasonably comparable replacement, we will contact the purchaser regarding available remedies, including any refund rights required by law.

Booking and opening updates

Purchasers will be contacted using the email address provided at checkout when reservations become available. Opening timing may change while utility systems, inspections, construction, weather-related work and other preparations are completed. Buying a package does not guarantee that an accommodation will open on a particular date. A stay is confirmed only when Colorado Glamping issues a reservation confirmation.

Transfers

Prepaid packages may be gifted or transferred to another eligible adult with Colorado Glamping’s prior written approval, subject to the original purchase terms and applicable law. Transferring a package does not extend the original 24-month redemption period.

Animal experiences and ranch safety

Any included animal experience is guided by staff and subject to animal welfare, guest safety, weather and operational conditions. Guests may not enter animal enclosures without express staff permission. If an included animal experience cannot safely take place, Colorado Glamping will work with the guest on a reasonable substitute or rescheduling.

Relationship to Journey with Equus

A portion of qualifying Colorado Glamping pre-sale package proceeds benefits Journey with Equus, a separate nonprofit organization. Journey with Equus is not the seller or operator of the lodging package, and the purchase of a stay is not itself a charitable donation by the guest unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
