Meet the horses, with care and clear boundaries

Guests may walk through designated areas of the ranch and meet and pet the horses when appropriate. These visits follow ranch rules and animal-safety guidance, helping make the experience calm and respectful for guests and animals alike.

Guests are never permitted to feed the animals at any time. Special horse and donkey experiences may be reserved with advance notice; they are separate from lodging and are not automatically included with a stay.

Canvas tent now, Conestoga wagon coming

The Sanctuary Collection is the only currently bookable collection. Its current offering is the furnished canvas bell tent among the pines.

The SoulFire Collection is in development. The first Conestoga-style wagon arrived at the ranch in October 2026 and is expected to open in the near future. The broader guest launch is planned for Spring 2027. The wagon is not bookable yet.

The Sanctuary Collection is bookable now, subject to availability. The wagon is expected to open in the near future, with details remaining subject to construction, permitting, weather and final readiness.

A-frames and mirror houses are potential additions under consideration. Private hot tubs and saunas are future plans, not current Sanctuary amenities or confirmed features of every future stay.

You can also join the Founding Guest program. A $50 deposit provides a $50 credit toward a future qualifying SoulFire stay and first-access booking before public release. The deposit does not reserve a night or guarantee a particular date. It becomes non-refundable after 48 hours and does not create a real estate or investment interest. Before you book: timing, pets and terrain

• Adults-only: The current Sanctuary stay is for adults, with a maximum of two guests in the bell tent.
• Check-in and checkout: Check-in is generally between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Checkout is before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs: Dogs are allowed only in designated pet-approved accommodations. Confirm that your selected accommodation is approved for pets before booking. Dogs must remain leashed as ranch guidance requires. Pet-free accommodations are not open yet.
• Terrain and access: The property includes ranch terrain and designated walking areas. Plan footwear accordingly and follow the ranch guidelines provided for your stay.
• Animal safety: Guests may meet and pet horses under ranch rules and animal-safety guidance, but may not feed animals at any time.
• Fire: Propane fire tables are provided; wood-burning fires are not offered.
